3. Get Adequate Sleep:
We often run around like crazy day by day with as little sleep as possible. We feel as if we don't have enough hours in the day in order to accomplish what we need too. 4. Exercise Regularly:
Cardiovascular exercise improves blood flow to the brain which in result increases brain function and health. Not only will you have more energy from exercising, but you will also feel better about yourself and in most cases find that you are more outgoing.

Use a positive mental attitude to encourage yourself and increase your confidence. Read positive material, and spend time with positive people. I am a believer that what we take in often represents what we give out. Focus on positivity backed by action, and you will produce positive results.

6. Cut out the Alcohol and Cigarettes:
Alcohol and Cigarettes can have a major effect on our brain function and daily energy, as well as our long term health. The longer you live, the more you can accomplish, not only for yourself, but for your loved ones and the world. Why cut your life short?

7. Break your Routines:
Doing the same routines for to long can create a stale way of thinking. You have to switch it up from time to time and try new ways to accomplish things. Always look for ways to improve your routines and become more efficient. There is always room for growth.

8. Learn a New Language:
Learning a new language is a powerful way to challenge and stretch your brain. The harder something is to learn the better it is in regards to increasing your intelligence.

9. Maintain a Healthy Diet:
Studies have shown that certain foods can even increase your level of happiness, and of course energy. Overall the way to produce more energy from what you eat is by increasing your intake of low-glycemic foods that are high in complex carbohydrates and low in excess fats.

10. Learn How to Play A Instrument:
The production of music is a great way to test your mind and create growth. Be original as well and create something new, something that will push your creativity to the edge.

11. Commit to Self Improvement:
Never stop being curious about the world around you. Learn everything you can about as many different things that you can, especially the ones that you are passionate about. Use a journal to write down all the things you have learned and use it as a way to look back and relearn those key nuggets of information in the future.
